I work full time as a healer doing private sessions, workshops, retreats, and healer trainings in LA, San Francisco, and NYC...I guide my clients through a powerful breathwork process that gets a profound amount of energy moving through the body (some people say they feel like they've been plugged into an electrical socket) and shuts down the thinking mind...from there help them clear deeply held blocks. It's amazing work that keeps pushing me to grow further. I'm an ENFP if you know that test... When I'm not working, I'm working out at the gym (twice a day since spring '07, loving the changes, and it's a great attitude adjustment if I'm getting too serious), chilling out at the Tea Garden (r.i.p. Elixir), movies at the Arclight, eating out (BLD, Cheebo and Cube are high on my list right now), or reading. Starting to get back into some artwork after a way-too-long hiatus...and started a daily writing commitment about six months ago
