Mark Braun is one small boy who makes a Great Difference in the World
Mark David Braun formerly known as Mark Brown was born in the area of Ocho Rois Jamaica to unknown parents. He was discovered by a police officer whom he was named after. Mark's journey in life had a rugged start, spending time in orphanages and hospitals as he was born with the condition known as Spina Bifida. Spina Bifida leaves an incomplete spinal cord, and it also stops the brain from sending signals to the lower part of the child's body, leaving him without feeling, and use of his lower limbs. Many of the children will never walk due to the many complications.Mark is a child who had many miracles happens for him. Some would think that abandonment was a tragedy - but without this - he would have not been found by a police officer. The police officer then sent him for emergency medical care. The Human Services Agency in Kingston was there with a caring social worker to help Mark. His first home was Blossom Garden
