Hello, sorry, i cant read all the other replies here but actually there is such a thing, but dont fret on that part.just keep in mind too much of anything is not healthy.When we do this, and lots of us do-it puts lots of pressure on the other person too.we should always give things our best but when we expect the same back it leaves us dissapointed and when we give to much of ourselves we lose a part of ourselves if were not careful (its ok to be somewhat selfish) just take care of you first, your health etc..and give just to be giving
