I designed a rope restraint system for fast connection of the components to my wrists and ankle padded Velcro cuffs as well as easy hook ups to the 4 eye bolts installed through the box spring metal bed frame, that both the box spring and mattress are supported by near the floor.

Im using carabineers to latch onto the eye bolts,and are connected to climbing rope metal end ring mounts.4 self locking cam roller pulleys,have the climbing rope fed through each one of the locking cams looping through it, then a length of rope is left long enough to latch onto the d rings of each padded Velcro cuff with a carabineer,and the opposing rope end is fashioned into a pull handle,for easy tightening through the 4 cam roller pulley tensioners,that self lock in a one way direction and rope slack is tightened.
