I am the same way and love seeing how much I can take. I find it takes a lot of working up with increasing size gradually. The more often I play the easier it is to take larger and larger but if I take a few weeks away it goes back to normal and have to start slow again.

Yes I aswell have been to a point where I was obsessed with stretching my arse and if u take a break it will begin to shrink down. I recommend at least once a day taking 10-30 min to just stretch it out gradually using bigger object day by day.

Over time yes it will get easier and you learn your limits.  From an anatomy standpoint your asshole can stretch up to 7"  before tearing.
