"Our problem is that we so much think that it's natural and inevitable, that it's always been this way. It hasn't always been this way. It's a blink of human history."
--Gloria Steinem
I'm an easy-going, sensitive, intellectual, idealistic, and spiritual-minded person who would like to date and eventually form a long-term relationship. While at first I can be shy getting to know somebody, I quickly warm up if I sense an interest and attraction in the other person. The type of person I'd like to meet would be more outspoken and enjoy my soft-spoken way, even finding it attractive.
I enjoy balancing a healthy social connection with other people with my privacy and personal space. I have a decent-sized, not a gigantic, circle of friends--I believe in quality of friendship over quantity, I value the friendships I forge, and I am loyal and constant to those who have earned my trust and proved similarly loyal to me. I'd like to meet somebody who complements these traits--somebody who has a bold, assertive personality, whose self-confidence is evident (but not cloying), and who is prodded on to explore my reflective personality, who appreciates and even thrives on it.
