Do you play your body all or most of the day - or is it 10 min in the morning and maybe evening time ?

I feel being sensuous with yourself throughout the day is the most satisfying feeling you can have. Massaging, feeling, licking, biting, stroking etc sends me into a blissful satisfying state throughout the day - it may end in ejaculation but who care because it starts again tomorrow. Obviously this is harder if you focus on things like work, but relax and take a number of breaks a day.
