Don't think there's anything you can sheathe your rectum with. Insist on condom use, use plenty of lube, be clean before and after. Get tested. If you can find a way to afford it, get on PReP. Get tested for Stds too. Condoms and PReP are your best protection. As best as possible, know your partner's status.
