Contentment is something we can learn. It does not come naturally, but is a product of right thinking.
I am a grandmother living in a small city on the Atlantic coast of Canada. I enjoy many creative outlets including my latest endeavor, painting. I have tried acrylic, oil and pastel. I love needle work of all kinds, music from before 1990 (for the most part) I like to cook but can't do much of that any longer. In 2001 I had to give up a job I liked because of my health. I am now using a wheelchair and, fortunately, I got a power chair in
september and that has given me back a lot of freedom and automony. I am in constant pain and the amount of time I spend at the computer is governed by the amount of pain I feel that day. I am in a committed 20 yr relationship since divorcing a husband and I am NOT interested in anything other than friendship.
