I am Clem, from South East London, currently living in Bromley with my babygirl and uncle. Have 2 dogs, a cat, a fish. I was diagnosed with Kidney Failure April 2011, had my Kidney Op in March 2012 thanks to my lovely brother. My parents live in Wales my brother is in Uni in Portsmouth.. I want to live life to full, and get a place of my own with my girlfriend .
