BDSM

BDSM

The acronym BDSM stands for Bondage, Domination, Sadism and Masochism. Bondage is about restriction of movement; domination, the control over another person; sadism, the pleasure is inflicting pain; and masochism – the opposite – the joy in receiving pain. Within the LGBT communities the figure most associated with BDSM is the hard leather queen who spends his off hours dangling from a hoist. But there are many different elements of BDSM which can be used by all LGBT people in any number of different situations. It’s finding out what suits you and how far you’re willing to go.
