Anal Sex Problem - Gay Guys! <3

Recommended Posts

I have two gay friends - a long-time couple - with a unique problem. They both like anal sex, but one says it stings and hurts when he has it, and the other due to medical reasons related to his blood pressure, cannot get hard enough to penetrate. Any ideas about how to help them?

That's a problem that us diabetics have. Diabetes attacks the penis in two ways. You lose some of the sensation and the blood circulation is not really good. Both rather necessary for getting a decent erection. However, Viagra 100mg fixes it for me. Best speak to the GP first of all. A urologist might prescribe an injection (that you give yourself) into each side of the shaft. It sounds rather gruesome but it's not too bad, the needles are very fine but it must go into the corpus cavernosum which are two sponge-like regions of the penis running its length which normally fill with blood causing the erection. Your friends need to start by speaking to a doctor though.

I agree that not getting hard enough should be discussed with a doctor. Viagra or Cialis may help. As for the friend who says it hurts, is enough lubrication being used?. There are commercial products available such as ID Lube and LifeStyles Liquid Personal Lubricant.

God i really hope that dont ever happen 2 me. My Young Man is a lot of year's younger than me. Both of us enjoy a great Sex Life, if i couldnt get my cock hard enough 2 penetrate him i dont kno what i would do, even though he Love's me very much and i him. I suppose the good thing is that i get very hard the second i lay my eye's on him, So i really shouldnt worry just yet. But getting bak 2 the point, yeh Viagra for one guy and plenty of lube for the other.

@Russ First thing yes tell your friend to go to the Dr. and get help..Taking Viagra or Cialis without Dr. aprove you might be hurting yourself more then helping..Meaning both medicine can hurt your heart..Now as far as the other question yes I would say use more lube and I have learn that if he sits on it and take his time that also might help...

If one is a virgin I could understand the pain the receiving partner has but you say a long term couple, has he always had this problem, yes lot's of lub will help being able to relax more and not tighten up due to worrying about it will help, but if the hurting has only happened resonantly he should get him self checked out, my partner used to suffer from piles and if you get the start of this condition it will be painful and can coarse breeding, for us as I'm a bottom and he is happy to be top it's worked out OK, but I would say get checked out anyway,

as for the erection problems, I once had a friend who for medical reasons could not take pills to help him, the injections were expensive and did not always work, under the hospitals he got a vacuum pump which gave him an erection and a tight band put around the penis when erect held the blood in until he was finished with sex, he then removed the band and all returned to normal, the one good thing about this is once you've bought one you don't have the cost each time you have sex also it's free of chemicals, I thought these things did not work, but the ones sold though the hospitals do work and work well - jules

Have you considered the possibility that your long term friends may have told you about this condition hoping that you would scratch both of their itches as it were? Could the easiest and most desirable solution be a simple old fashioned three way?
