So, a friend and I were having a conversation about the word love. It is my belief that the word is used way too often and way too early in relationhips. I believe that one should wait a certain period of time until the word is used. I am curious to hear your perspectives. Comment please.

I agree. Many use the word and really don't understand all that it entails.
Love is a lot more than a feeling or enjoyment of being with someone or having great sex with that person. Love is committment, devotion and faithfulness to that special someone. For a young man you are very insightful

I also agree. The word is used far too often and too loosely. Though it is a small word, it means much more then what even people who have been around the block many times may know. It's a word that should be considered more before just being said.

I think that many people confuse a strong feeling of like towards a person and love. i blame this on the idea of love that is portrayed in the media.
