The twisted and bitter
She lies to me
She lies to the world
So we can't see

The twisted and bitter
Hides her true self
Does she think
She'll be left on the self

The twisted and better
Eats away at her soul
Now I understand
Why she doesn't want me to call

Push me away
But I'm there for you
And still you lie
What can I do

Maybe it's time to laugh
Laugh at myself
For being such a fool
What do I know of love
Well nothing at all

Like a child
I'd dream
But you just lied and schemed

So alone in the dark I must stay
I won't be coming back
Next time you push me away
