I want to run, I want to hide.
From all the pain she caused inside.
I want to scream, I want to cry.
Why can't I tell her Goodbye?

I want to move on, I just can't let go.
I love her more than she will ever know.
I want to start over, I want to feel free!
But this pain will never leave me be.

she hurt me bad, the pain is deep.
From all the promises she couldn't keep.
All the lies, I heard her say.
Are in my head and just won't fade.

How can I forget her, leave her behind.
Erase the memories from my mind.
she doesn't love me, and she never will.
she will never care, how I hurt

I wrote this for my daughter after she fell in love for the first time.
When someone promised for the world and then ripped her heart out.
All I could do was be there for her and listen to her pain.
I hope it helps a little.
Here's a Big Carol (((((((((CUDDLE))))))))) too.

Baby don't cry
I feel your pain
tears falling down
like never ending rain
I'll cry with you
I'll hold you tight
all through the day
and into the night
I'm here for you
and you know I am
that's all I can do
just be with you
your heart is broken
through no fault of your own
you loved too deep
and now you're alone
you have a heart of gold
love will come your way another day
don't let this make you turn cold
you were willing to love and trust
but you were let down
and move on you must
time will heal your heart
I know it's hard right now
as you feel torn apart
so let the tears fall
and wash away the pain
the sun will come out again
you just have to get through the rain
