Deleted Member Posted May 9, 2012 We all want to be happy but people put us down all the time. So what do we do about it? You could read affirmations that say how wonderful your life is but then you just say oh that's bullshit. So let's take a few moments to think about things. Well-being and happiness is a choice. So when you get up in the morning be happy to be alive. Ok yes sure it might go down hill from there but then you wake up the next day and start all over again. How about you do something for yourself treat yourself like you would treat someone you love. Nooooo don't tie yourself up and whip yourself. I mean go out and buy a little something nice like some sexy underwear or just take time to have a nice bubble bath. You don't have to go spend a lot of money just give yourself some 'me time' Do something you enjoy.
